Tricia's Story

Hi everyone! My name is Tricia and I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the Safe party at the Time lounge along with
my brother and sister. Being a huge fan of the show I was excited but a little nervous. We had such a great time there. We got there around 11:00 and as soon as we got in we spotted the cast. Skipp was the first one we approached. He's so friendly. He asked where we came from, we talked about his play, and about Third Watch. We got an autograph and pic. He smiled when I told him I was nervous. He even signed the note to my siblings "Keep an eye on Tricia" which I thought was very funny. He's a great guy!

Next up was Jason! He was making his way over to Skipp when he stopped by us and my brother said, "Hi Jason can I get a picture with you and my sisters?"  With a big smile he goes, "Sure" and put his arms around us and we took the pic. He then introduced himself and I froze. I could not remember my name. I told him I was real nervous and he asked me why I was nervous. I said I don't know and he laughed and said "It's ok. It's only me. You don't have to be nervous." He has a way of making you feel at ease which he did so, Thank You Jason!  We talked about TW and how great Tom Berenger was. He asked us where we were from and we said Brooklyn and he got excited and was like "So is my wife". That is pretty cool. My sisters name is Joanne like his wife so he commented on that. My sister also told him I have a fish named after him. I was thinking "He probably thinks I'm nuts" but he laughed and said that was cool, "I heard cats and dogs but this is my first fish." He's so sweet. Very Humble and full of smiles. We also told him he is our fave on the show and he looked touched. He whispered "Tell the producers". We had a great time with him. Such a nice guy!

Afterwards Coby came over. He started talking about the play and if we had seen it. We said Sunday and he goes "bring a loud crowd". We talked about his wife's pregnancy and I told him "Happy Fathers Day" and he smiled and said he appreciated that. I forgot to tell Jason that. oops. Then I told Coby about my third watch parties and  polls and he said "that's fun, what kind of questions" so I told him a big one was, Would him and Taylor hook back up? Question was kinda old but he laughed and said well considering they blew her up in the last episode that would be sick so we all laughed because he made this funny face. We got a autograph and pic. He is such a nice person.

A little while later I met Anthony coming out of the restroom. He was talking to my sister and they motioned for me to come over. He was so nice and outgoing even though he was probably exhausted. We talked about what a great idea the play and party were. He said he loved the turnout. We talked about TW and his scenes with Michael Beach. He lit up saying how much he loves working with MB. It was so cute. He's a sweet guy. Before we left I went back to Jason to get his autograph and say bye. He was talking to someone so I waited and asked him for his autograph and he goes "Hey of course. He signed, turned around smiled at me and said "See you on Sunday." Then we left.

Everyone was really great! It was a night I will never forget! Thanks Jason, Coby, Skipp and Anthony! You guys are the best!

June 22nd

Hi everyone! The Play was excellent! Anthony did a wonderful job! The actors were all amazing and the play was very funny! I laughed a lot through the whole show. Let me start at the beginning. My friends, sister and I all met up for dinner at the Kraft diner ,a block away from the theatre. After the dinner, we went to the theatre and picked up our tickets. We then went in.  Our seats were in the 2nd and 3rd row on the right side. Thank you Kaipo for the great seats!

The Play started and right away I got into it. The cast was unique yet cast perfect for their parts. Coby and Jason's characters were so different from Bosco and Davis it was interesting to see. Jason's character Truss was funny and intense! I rooted for him even when he was psychotic. Coby's character Ryan was comical too especially the bit with the puppet. The characters of Sabina, Felize and Oakley were great too. I liked how Sabina kept referring to Felize as old and how Oakley kept saying "what happened". I also liked when Felize was saying how Oakley had a grandchild. That scene was very touching and funny at the same time. Everyone was great.
 

Afterwards, we waited outside and the cast came out pretty quickly. Carlinn Glynn came out first, I wanted to get an autograph but she left quickly. Coby came then. I waited and then went up to him and handed him the picture of us from the meet and greet to sign. He looked at it, went ahh and signed. He looked up, smiled and said "Hey, I remember you." I said hi and told him he was great in the play. He said thanks so much. I didn't keep him because lots of fans were waiting. Then Jason came out. My friends went over to get autographs and pictures while I hung back. I was a little nervous to approach him and I saw all the fans and thought they waited too so I figured I would wait. My friend  dragged me over and said "Here's the crazy one from the other night". He laughed and said he remembered me.

He asked how I liked the play and I told him I loved it and that he was great in it. He said "Thanks so much." I was embarrassed to ask to take another picture with him so my friend asked. He smiled at me, said sure, put his arm around me and we took the picture. So now I have two pictures and two autographs. Thank You Jason! We then got an autograph from Yvonne Jung (Sabina). She seemed shocked we asked her but happily gave us one. She was incredibly nice! We then found out Coby's wife had the twins so we congratulated him. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time! It was truly a night to remember!

July 13th

I GOT TO THE THEATRE AT 6:45.THIS TIME I AGAIN WENT WITH MY SISTER BUT MY BROTHER AND HIS GIRLFRIEND ALSO CAME. WE PICKED UP OUR TICKETS AND A FEW MINUTES LATER WENT INSIDE. WE WERE SEATED EXACTLY 2 ROWS BEHIND MY SEATS THE FIRST TIME I WENT. WE WERE IN THE FOURTH ROW ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SEATS KAIPO!! THE PLAY WAS GREAT AGAIN. IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. I THINK I LAUGHED EVEN HARDER THIS TIME AROUND ESPECIALLY WHEN JASON AS TRUSS THROWS HIS FIT "DON'T CALL ME CRAZY". THE CROWD REALLY GOT INTO IT. IT IS A FANTASTIC SHOW WITH FANTASTIC ACTORS. THIS WAS MY FIRST PLAY AND IT PIQUED MY INTEREST INTO ATTENDING MORE. I WISH THE PLAY COULD LAST LONGER (HOW FUN WOULD THAT BE) BUT I KNOW WE ARE ALL READY FOR SEASON 5! RIGHT GUYS?

AFTERWARDS I RAN INTO ANTHONY AS I WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRS. I SAID HELLO AND HE SMILED, SAID HELLO AND LET ME PASS. I WAITED OUTSIDE AND SOON COBY CAME OUT. I WALKED OVER TO HIM, SAID HELLO AND TOLD HIM HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE SAID "HEY,WE MET BEFORE" ,GRINNED AND SAID "THANK YOU". I ASKED HIM WHEN TW STARTS FILMING AGAIN AND HE SAID FRIDAY. MY SISTER SAID "NO BREAK HUH" AND HE SAID "NOPE" BUT WITH A SMILE. I THEN WALKED OVER TO JASON AND HE WAS SIGNING STUFF SO I WAITED. HE WAS TURNING AROUND SO I SAID, "HI JASON, SORRY TO BOTHER YOU, I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT YOU DID A GREAT JOB." HE SMILED AND SAID THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I STARTED TO SAY THIS IS MY 2ND SHOW AND HE SAID "I REMEMBER YOU" AND I SAID "YOU DO" AND HE GIGGLED AND SAID "I'M VERY GOOD AT REMEMBERING FACES". HE TOLD ME HE SAW US STAND UP IN THE CROWD FOR THE ENCORE WHICH HE APPRECIATED VERY MUCH. I THEN TOLD HIM MY BROTHER IS MOVING SO I WANTED HIM TO SEE IT BEFORE HE LEFT. HE SAID TELL YOUR BROTHER THANKS FOR THAT. HE ASKED ME MY NAME AND I TOLD HIM AND WE SHOOK HANDS. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT TO KEEP HIM WAITING BECAUSE HE HAD FANS WAITING FOR HIM, AND SAID BYE. I DIDN'T TAKE PICS OR GET AUTOGRAPHS AGAIN BECAUSE I FELT HE'S ALREADY BEEN SO GENEROUS. I GOT 2 AUTOGRAPHS AND 2 PICS BEFORE SO I FEEL REALLY LUCKY.
     

ALL IN ALL MY SAFE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THE SHOW ROCKED, THE CAST WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, AND I HAD SO MUCH FUN! YOU CAN SEE HOW SERIOUS COBY, JASON AND THE CAST TAKE THEIR CRAFT. IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE TO SEE THEM PERFORM, ITS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY YOU SHOULD SEE. COBY, CONGRATS ON YOUR TWINS! YOUR A TRULY TALENTED ACTOR AND A BEAUTIFUL PERSON INSIDE AND OUT! JASON, THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME FOR THE FANS. YOUR A VERY GIFTED ACTOR BUT MORE THAN THAT, A WARM HEARTED TERRIFIC PERSON. I ENJOYED GETTING THE CHANCE TO MEET YOU AND TALK TO YOU. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!! GOOD LUCK TO THE CAST OF THIRD WATCH FOR SEASON 5.THE FANS WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!!! YOU'RE ALL GREAT. CONTINUED SUCCESS!!!
