Monika's Story
Met Jason in September 2002 on the Set of Third Watch

...My Jason Encounter...

I met Jason and some of the cast and crew back in September when they were filming the scene of the Wake in the funeral home for the episode Judgement Day Part II. They used the funeral home down the block from my house to shoot that scene. That day was AWESOME! I had sooo much fun! Jason looked sooo cute in his suit!!! I was trying to get pictures and autographs from the cast [Molly, Anthony, Skipp, Coby, and of course Jason] when I bumped into Jason.

I was waiting outside of the Funeral Home talking to Anthony. I got his autograph and took a picture with him, then I turned around and there was Jason! I walked up to him very quickly and asked him for his autograph and if I could take a picture with him and he was like sure. I really didn't get a chance to talk to him because the cast was on their way for a lunch break, so he was kind of in a hurry. [Then the film got stuck in my camera!!!!!!!!!! So I had to rip out the film because it was jammed, therefore the picture that I took with Jason didn't come out!! =( ]

While the cast was on their lunch break, I actually got a chance to go inside the funeral home and to take pictures of the set! I took a couple of pictures of the set, and I stuck around until they returned from their lunch break. Soon after they returned and Sully was filming his final scene, while the rest of the cast was just relaxing. So I decided to go and say goodbye to Jason, Coby, and Anthony. When I walked into the room they were in, Jason was laying down on a couch, so I went up to him and asked if I could take a quick picture and he said sure go ahead! And then he says "I hope this picture won't end up in a magazine," of course I replied "Of course not!" Little did he know it would be on the internet. =X

Then I thanked everyone for the pictures and the autographs and for their time of course!

This is my Jason encounter! I hope to have another one soon! They film around my neighborhood in Greenpoint, Brooklyn often so hopefully I'll bump into them once again! =)
