Cynthia's Story

I had a great opportunity to meet my favorite actor and actors from Third Watch . I left North Carolina on July 8th , went to Pennsylvania and then went to New York City on July 9,2003 to see the play "SAFE" at the Jose Quintero Theatre on 42nd street. I took two of my friends with me, one of which was from Pennsylvania. We arrived at 2:30pm , found the theatre and walked around Times Square until show time. We came back to the theatre around 6:30pm to check on the time the box office opened and saw Anthony Ruivivar leave the front door, he walked right by me. He stopped and talked to some police officers up the street. Then Jason Wiles and three other people from the play came up to the front door and walked in. Jason looked right at me when he walked in. Then I spotted Coby Bell walking up the street from 11th avenue. He walked by and stated he was going to get something to eat but would see us after the show. Then we went in. I had called ahead and reserved tickets( but for only two- I had a chance to sit on the front row, but I changed to row 6 so we could all sit together). The play was wonderful. I loved the way Jason played his character and the intense scene at the end. WOW. Then we went outside and waited. Anthony Ruivivar was already standing outside. He walked up and I told him how great the play was. He thanked me. My friend got a pic and his autograph with him. Then Coby Bell came out. He took a pic with me and my friend. I also got his autograph. Then Jason came up the steps from the stage door. I went right up to him. I told him he was great. I told him that I came from North Carolina to see him. He asked me how I knew about the show. I told him about Jasonwiles.net. He asked about the webmaster. I told him that I drew a pic of him and its on the web site. He said he would look at it. Me and my friend got a pic with him and his autograph. It was a great day. We stayed around until he left. He walked up 42nd street. We walked behind him and his friends until we turned onto 10th avenue.
